- Dr. Tomas VranaManaging Director
As managing partner Tomas is heading the company’s business development, global fundraising services and corporate finance business.
As of today, Tomas has advised 100+ private equity and investment funds, approximately EUR 15 billion in total value, on structuring and marketing. Tomas is personally involved in raising funds from investors. He has an excellent international network of clients and investors located mainly in the European Union and the Middle East. He has been a part of various high caliber delegations on missions to support the German government, including one to the Middle East, with the former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and one with Germany’s Minister of Economy and Technology, Mr. Michael Glos.
Before Moravia, Tomas was co-founder of ecmg AG (Germany), where he was in charge of corporate finance and private equity advisory services. He worked with Steag AG and participated in the key management development program at Henkel. He, subsequently, became managing director at GFKL (subsidiary of Goldman Sachs International). Tomas holds an MBA from the University of Essen and a PhD in economics/private equity from the Carolo Wilhelmina University Braunschweig, Germany.
Tomas is a proud Senior Fellow of the New Westminster College.

- Harry LambertPartner
Harry has over 12 years of private markets experience from both capital raising, principal fund investment and client facing roles.
Most recently he built out and led the fund placement platform at DeBere Capital Partners. Much of his career was also spent at Hermes GPE where he played a key role on manager selection across the £2bn+ alternatives portfolio of private equity buyouts, venture capital, private debt and infrastructure for some of the largest UK corporate pension funds.
He has also held positions at Coller Capital, Pantheon Ventures and Impax Asset Management in various capital raising, investor relations and portfolio management capacities.
Harry graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Economics, Politics and International Studies and started his career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Valuation & Strategy team.
- Naveen Sharda, CFAVice President
Naveen is responsible for fund raising and maintaining relationships with investors in Middle East and Asia Pacific. He is also supporting Moravia team in fund structuring, preparing marketing material and other fund documents.
Previously, he was working with Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. (India’s leading diversified financial service company) in corporate strategy, where he has worked on M&A transactions, market entry projects, fund raising and investor relations. He also has experience in buy-side research and risk advisory.
Naveen is a Chartered Accountant and has cleared all 3 level of CFA. He is a technology enthusiast and deeply interested in understanding of various business models and their value drivers.
- Emad Y. Al-MonayeaDirector
Al Al-Monayea is the Board Director and CEO of Kuwait Finance House Investment Co (previously Liquidity Management House).
Emad has more than 32 years of experience in investment and corporate finance, in government and private sectors. Emad joined Kuwait Finance House, Kuwait (KFH) in 1999 as the Deputy Director of the Direct Investment Department, the private equity arm of KFH. In 2004 he was appointed to head the International Investment Department of KFH, responsible for international corporate finance, debt capital markets products and investment banking services. During his tenure at the International Investment Department, Emad and his team succeeded in structuring and arranging number of international landmark transactions and won various international awards for KFH in the Islamic corporate finance and investment banking arena.
In 2008, KFH entrusted him to establish Liquidity Management House (now KFHIC) with the mandate to evolve as an international sukuk house in addition to its international corporate finance activities.
Before joining KFH, Emad was with Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA), the investment arm of the Government of Kuwait, for 15 years. During that time he was instrumental in setting up the Direct Investment Department of KIA.
Emad is a frequent speaker at leading international conferences, and is a key contributor to the development of Islamic capital market industry. Emad holds a BSc degree from Kuwait University and has completed the Executive Finance program of INSEAD, France and the Strategies for Effective Negotiation, Persuasion and Decision-Making program by Harvard University, USA.

Dominik is a hands-on entrepreneur and has built up two successful companies over the last twenty years. As restructuring and digitalisation expert, he turned around as CEO an insolvent manufacturing company reorganising supplier relations, process along the value chain and sales and marketing. The company became highly profitable and was sold after 14 years
As CFO Dominik has organised numerous investing rounds raising capital from VC to larger PE funds. He has been involved in IPO and M&A transactions and has developed a deep understanding of the capital markets. His intense operational and transactional experience and network of professional and private investors allows Dominik to develop tailor-made financing and exit solutions for shareholders and companies (from growth to mature).
Dominik is an investor in listed micro-, small- and midcap companies following a thorough bottom-up value investing approach. He likes to take an active ownership role introducing concrete advice and leads and cooperating with the management team and shareholders.
He gained his MBA from Insead and worked in venture capital and private equity in Frankfurt, London and Munich.
- Lukas Graf Blucher von WahlstattAdvisory Board
Count Blücher is a successful business angel with investments in Europe, the U.S.A. and Canada. His expertise stems from his activities as a turn around manager in the ’80s for SMEs in IT and Med Tech. He has successfully in the past and to date still maintains managerial responsibilities for the majority of his investments.
Dipl. Ing. Lukas Graf Blücher holds a degree in electrical engineering after studying electrical engineering and semiconductor physics.
- Murat CetinkayaAdvisory Board
Mr. Murat Cetinkaya is the former Governor of Central Bank of Republic of Turkey. He has been a member of top-level economic policy-making platforms in Turkey, such as Financial Stability and Development Committee and an active participant in several international organizations and in high-level policy-making groups. He was the official representative of Turkey in G-20. He actively contributed to the works of Financial Stability Board and Bank for International Settlement. Prior to his appointment as Governor, Mr. Cetinkaya was Deputy Governor in the Bank between 2012 and 2016. During this term, he had been a member of Monetary Policy Committee.
Before joining Central Bank, Mr. Cetinkaya served in banking industry, working in areas of treasury, international banking, investment banking and investor relations. He started his career at Albaraka Turkish Participation Bank and worked in treasury and international banking departments. He then joined T. Halk Bankası A.S. and served as Executive Vice President responsible for international banking and investor relations. He was Executive Vice President in Kuwait Turkish Participation Bank from 2008 to 2012.
Mr. Cetinkaya studied Political Science and International Relations, with a double major in Sociology, at Boğaziçi (Bosphorus) University.

Dr. Andrew Morozov is a Managing Director of Amhurst Capital Partners, a New York-based private investment firm. His activities as alternative investment manager are based on extensive experience in the fields of private equity investing, corporate management, entrepreneurship, and management consulting in the US and across Europe. Dr. Morozov spends most of his time working on investing in innovative technology projects around the globe.
Dr. Morozov earned a Ph.D. degree in Physics from Moscow Institute of Technology and Physics and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
- Josefina ShenSky Venture Partners (China RO)
A veteran in private equity, prior to co-founding Sky Venture Partners, Josefina served as Senior Advisor and General Manager of the China Region at Asia Pacific Land, a real estate private equity investment company; Managing Director at Sierra Asia Partners, a boutique merchant bank; and in senior positions involving multiple asset classes in her private equity career, at such firms as RimAsia Capital, Newbridge Capital and Equinox Group.
In her prior positions, Josefina was responsible for fundraising, sourcing and executing investment opportunities. Other responsibilities included developing and turning around portfolio companies, typically as a director or on secondment (as a company’s interim CFO or COO or as a core member of the management team).
Josefina earned a bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies from Columbia University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.

Mike has over 10 years of direct investment experience with private equity and venture capital firms in Asia and the USA.
Prior to joining Sky Venture Partners, he worked at Headland Capital (HSBC Private Equity Asia) as Associate Director and at SAIF Partners (Softbank Asia Investment Fund), focusing on growth capital investments in Greater China. Previously, Mike focused on global buyout investments at Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity in New York after completing the Investment Banking Analyst training program at Merrill Lynch. Mike also has experience in private equity fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance advisory.
Mike has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia University in New York.

Mr. Mouchbahani, Founding and Managing Partner of M Capital Group, (“MCG”), has held major senior international and regional, management and board positions across US, Europe and Middle East. Previously, he was CEO of Jeffries Investment Banking for MENA region, Management Board Member of Dubai Bank, Morgan Stanley, Paribas, BNP Paribas and The National Investor.
He is a member of the President’s Global Council of New York University (New York, US), and a member of City - University London, Middle East Advisory Board (London and Dubai).
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from New York University, and is fluent in English, French, German and Arabic.
